20th Anniversary Reunion

Overview

I collaborated with my business fraternity's executive board on our 20th Anniversary Reunion to bring their vision to life. I was responsible for delegating tasks, researching a venue, creating designs for the signage and menus, curating decor, budgeting, and day-of set-up and take-down. Among the 80+ attendees were current students as well as alumni. 

Brainstorming

The theme I was requested to deliver on was Old Hollywood. 

I began reviewing the frameworks that the executive board had provided me. As you can see below, the documents detailed some decorations they envisioned for the event and the itinerary. 

After doing research on the theme, I created a moodboard for how I envisioned this Old Hollywood event. It was enthusiastically approved by the exective board. 

Planning

Now that I had the go-ahead, I selected District SJ as the venue since it best matched our needs and budget. I also created color standards and a guide for decorations.

Designs

Using the color standards and moodboard, I created the following designs for invitations, drink tickets, itineraries, menus, and the silent auction.
