Summer Farmer's Market Lunch
SUMMER 2025
This one's for the specialty and seasonal grocery enthusiasts. Each attendee bought one dish— their star ingredient sourced from the farmers market or a local specialty shop. My contributions to the table in addition to the tablescape: Beet-cured gravlax with cucumbers, cucumelons, garlic scape olive oil and tzatziki-inspired dip & a dutch baby with Gem Home yuzu curd, pluots, and homemade whip.
